Transaction Security:  All transactions are processed by Paypal, the most trusted name in secured online payment processing.  We do not keep any credit card information on file besides your name and shipping address.

Shipping:  We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail to domestic addresses.  For domestic orders over $95.00, we offer free shipping. 
We ship via USPS Priority International for foreign addresses.  For international orders over $95.00, we offer discounted shipping.  If you require special shipping method, please contact us at info@naivetea.com.

Return:  Due to the nature of the merchandise, open tea packages may not be exchanged or returned.  Please contact info@naivetea.com within 2 days for return authorization if the order has been damaged or broken during shipping.
